Hull 3 pints of large, rip strawberries into shallow bowl. Combine one 6 ounce can of frozen concentrated orange juice with an equal amount of tawny port. Pour over berries, allowing them to soak in marinade for several hours. Taste and add sugar if necessary. Remove strawberries with slotted spoon and place in serving dish. Pour sauce into a pitcher and pass along with a bowl of whipped cream.
