2 ½ cups water
1 cup uncooked long grain rice
½ cup chopped dried pineapple
2 teaspoons butter
½ teaspoon grated lime tablespoon chopped green onions
2 ½ tablespoons fresh lime juice
Boil water in medium saucepan, add rice and next 4 ingredients, cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat, stir in cilantro, onions, and juice. Six servings
